It can be so hard to rest.
The world around us is tumultuous, always on and at times very overwhelming.
What if we choose to soothe our -often overloaded- system?
I am so happy to invite you back for an online workshop!

You don’t need to change anything about yourself to belong here.
Whether you’ve been practicing with me for years or this is your very first retreat,
you are welcome exactly as you are.
🌿You find it difficult to create time and space for yourself
🌿You’re stuck in thinking - problem solving - analyzing mode
🌿You’re looking for connection: to your body, your breath, to like minded people, to yourself
🌿You'd like a moment to pull back from the world and recharge
You won't need anything special to enjoy our practice.
A space to move and lay down is enough.
You can make the experience more comfortable by bringing:
- comfortable clothing
-a yoga mat / blanket or bed to practice on
- pillows and/or yoga bolsters
- blankets
- eye and/or hand pillows
- a drink of your choice
- notebook and pen

Any time spent with Biddy is a gift to yourself—whether it's a one-hour class or an entire day. Biddy pays attention to detail, creates a beautiful atmosphere, and makes sure everyone feels at ease.

Embodied means we move from our body, not just our head.
It’s the practice of listening inward—of noticing how you feel, what you need, and how your body wants to move or rest in this moment.
In embodied yoga and movement, we shift the focus from performing poses to exploring sensation, breath, and presence. There’s no ‘right’ way—only what feels supportive and true for you. It’s not about pushing through, but about meeting yourself with kindness and curiosity.
Being embodied means moving from the inside out. It’s self-awareness in motion. It’s giving yourself permission to slow down, to feel, and to simply be.
I believe that Embodied Movement in Yoga in action.
