21 days intensive training - France

Together with Manouk Tideman, I look forward to welcoming you to the South of France for a 22 day, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Are you ready to become a certified Yoga Teacher, that knows how to create trauma informed classes? Do you want to learn how to emphasize the therapeutic aspects of yoga, instead of helping students perform a pose? Then this training would be perfect for you!

Upcoming dates:

  • October 12th - November 2nd 2025 (I will be teaching from Oct. 23rd until the end)
  • March 15 - April 5th 2026
  • September 5th - 26th 2026

Part Time training in the Netherlands

This option allows you to grow into teaching at a gentler pace. From January to November, the part-time training is a balanced mix of online sessions and in-person weekends, offering a rich and immersive learning experience. The 3 day in person weekends and online modules are guided by Manouk, Natascha and myself.

The in-person weekends take place at the beautiful studio Namaste in Oisterwijk.

This is the only 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the world created by certified yoga therapists, providing a comprehensive curriculum to deepen your practice and teach yoga in a modern world. The training is taught in English, however our trainees come from all over the globe.

ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL. The Yoga Therapy Institute’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training takes a very accessible and mindful approach to the teaching of yoga.  

PRIORITISES SAFETY. Although yoga in general, can be considered a curative practice. We’ll show you how to teach in a manner that prioritises safety, individuality, and consideration of all circumstances that might affect one’s practice.  

TRAUMA-INFORMED APPROACH. Our entire training incorporates a trauma-informed perspective, which is rarely found in other standard 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training courses.  

LEARN FROM THE BEST. The faculty have all been trained at The Yoga Therapy Institute to become certified Yoga Therapists, making them specialists in their areas of expertise, and professionals in the field of teaching yoga correctly and safely.  

EXCELLENT TRAINING METHODOLOGY. Our educational and interactive training techniques will guarantee that you walk away with lifelong tools on how to develop your own yoga practice, and also safely and confidently teach yoga to others.  

SMALL-SCALE GROUPS. There is a maximum of 12 students per training, thereby ensuring you receive plenty of attention to your personal practice and also have the ability to develop yourself as a unique and authentic yoga teacher.
