Yoga with Biddy - a One Day Retreat

A day full of slow embodied practices, rest & nourishment. No pressure. No performance. Because you're perfect as you are.

August 17, 2025 - 10.00 - 17.00
at the Round House at Uylenburg Du Midi
only 12 spots total

Why I am hosting a(nother) One Day Retreat

We loved the first edition of our One Day Retreats at this beautiful new location.
The Round House.at Uylenburg Midi feels like the perfect home for us to connect.
I am so happy to invite you back for another beautiful day.

It can be so hard to show ourselves the same kindness, as we give to others.
We tend to be harsher, stricter and sometimes even more mean to ourselves.
Come spend a day with me, treating yourself like you deserve to be treated!
It's not something we learn in One Day, however
the more we practice kindess to ourselves, the easier it will become!

Join me for a full day of slow & embodied practices designed to nourish rather than deplete.
We'll move with care, breathe with awareness, and rest without apology.
There will be time for stillness. Time for connection.
And space for whatever you might be carrying.

"This day was a treat from start to finish. Biddy made me feel welcome and looked after.
I loved how the day was a feast for all the senses!"
- Angèle

What would it feel like,

What does embodied mean?

Embodied means we move from our body, not just our head.

It’s the practice of listening inward—of noticing how you feel, what you need, and how your body wants to move or rest in this moment.

In embodied yoga and movement, we shift the focus from performing poses to exploring sensation, breath, and presence. There’s no ‘right’ way—only what feels supportive and true for you. It’s not about pushing through, but about meeting yourself with kindness and curiosity.

Being embodied means moving from the inside out. It’s self-awareness in motion. It’s giving yourself permission to slow down, to feel, and to simply be.

I believe that Embodied Movement in Yoga in action.
