Meditation does not have to mean being seated & still. Join me for a moving meditation to soothe body and mind.
This one’s been sticking with me lately…
You know how I always say meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting still with your eyes closed? This little sequence has become one of my favorite ways to drop in — to myself, to the moment, to my breath.
It started out as a variation of sun salutations. I wanted something for the days when folding forward felt like too much. Or when I just wanted to move without getting down on the mat.
But as I was creating it, I noticed something else:
how calming it felt.
how kind it felt.
how meditative it became, without trying too hard.
The rhythm of breath and movement, repeating softly… it just works.
And I’ve been coming back to it again and again — between sessions, after a long day, before sleep.
It doesn’t matter if you’re standing, sitting, or lying down.
It’s not about how it looks. It’s about how it feels.
✨ Gathering what you need
✨ Letting go of what you don’t
✨ Coming back to your heart, your breath, your own rhythm
That’s it.
Simple, slow, and something you can do pretty much anywhere.
Take what you need. Come back to it anytime.

Biddy
