In the Netherlands we had a week of extreme summer and in this kind of weather, you probably don't feel like doing a strong flow.
You're in for a treat, as there are also great movement nuggets available that you can use to stay cool but still tune into your body and get some movement.
Enjoy this cooling restorative pose, in your bed before falling asleep or any time during the day you need a moment to cool down!
You can do this after you wake up, or maybe after getting up from your restorative pose from the previous video! Use this little flow to create space in the body for more cooling breaths!
This might also be the month when you spend hours seated in a car or an airplane, so use this quick 10 minute practice to active your whole body!
